A team of media professionals with a wealth of deep-in-the trenches experience between them has announced the launch of the Executive Decision Entertainment Group (EDEG - pronounced edge), a full-service consulting company. Amalgamating expertise in sales, publicity, radio promotions, artist development and marketing, EDEG was spawned to utilize a far-reaching network proven to successfully maintain or launch a new entity or product line.

Karen E. Lee is a seasoned media relations, management and artist development executive. Her nurturing yet no-nonsense spirit has served her well as an independent consultant working with high profile clients and in high-pressure positions at Rogers & Cowan Public Relations, Prince’s Paisley Park Enterprises and Warner Bros. Records.

Mark Boyd is a sales and marketing maverick with a global outlook. A multi-media visionary, he has led multi-million dollar corporate campaigns encompassing Television, Radio, Internet and Outdoor Medium Advertising, plus branding/co-branding scenarios at nearly every major record company.

Myles Luster is the aggressive inside man when it comes to full-blanketed distribution and marketing. Nearly two decades of experience at Warner Music Group gave him compounded knowledge in working major and independent products across the spectrum – from r&b and jazz to hip-hop and gospel.
