DJ EXEQTIVE FORMALLY DJ ICEY INTRODUCES NEW NAME

DJ ExeQtive formally known as DJ ICEY aka Mr. Versatile proudly introduces his new name. "I am extemely excited to continue to build my brand in the new direction that I am taking. I will be forever thankful to those that believed in the DJ ICEY name, but now it's time to bring them along for the ride while generating new supporters for the bigger picture... DJ ExeQtive," states ExeQtive.

A native New Yorker and Brooklyn resident, DJ ExeQtive formally known as DJ Icey aka Mr. Versatile is quickly becoming one of the most sought after DJ's in the tri-state area and continues to prove why he is a force to be reckoned with. ExeQtive spins many genres of music which is how his alias name formed “Mr. Versatile”. Influenced by veteran Funkmaster Flex, ExeQtive began his career at the early age of 15 and is looking forward to continue to hone his craft and bring his expertise to party-goers worldwide via music.

DJ ExeQtive currently serves as the in-house DJ for the likes of Macy's flagship stores and T-Mobile nationwide. "I am grateful to these opportunities provided from such clients. DJ'ing is what I feel that I was born to do. When I get on the turn-tables I become a different person," he chuckles.

ExeQtive has served as the official tour DJ for Atlantic Records recording artist Deemi along with The Red Star Soul tour and The Essence Black College tour. Through his short years on the scene, DJ ExeQtive has independently created and distributed over a dozen R&B Mixtape CD compilations cleverly labeled “Stay With You” and “Ahead of the Game” under his formal name DJ Icey aka Mr. Versatile. His mixtape collections have been hosted by the likes of Trey Songz, Cheri Dennis, Deemi and LL Cool J, just to name a few.
