DJ GREEN LANTERN COLLABORATES WITH NEFEW FOR NEW PROJECT

After the rampant success of their Antihero Begins mixtape released in the Spring, Hip-Hop duo, Nefew knew the pressure would be on to equal if not better the buzz that their 2DopeBoyz and Puma presented project caused. Having been hard at work since April on new concepts and ideas for their follow up, Polemikk and PA Double have aligned themselves with a strong supporting cast for their sophomore free download, MAN VS MANY. With the guidance, direction and assistance of world renowned DJ, Green Lantern, Nefew know they are in capable hands on this project. Opting to work with an eclectic bunch of musicians, producers and performers is a rarity for the European based duo, but was embraced for MAN VS MANY. These unions continue to showcase their capabilities in creating music, solidifying their name and brand in Hip-Hop. “It’s definitely a privilege to work with Green Lantern on our second official mixtape. Cam'ron & Vado set date for Gunz N' Butta album

E1 Music is proud to announce the upcoming release Gunz N’ Butta, the highly anticipated new duet album from hip hop legend Cam’ron and his new protégé Vado. The album will be released on August 31^st and includes 16 tracks featuring and written by both Cam’ron and Vado. The first single, “Speaking in Tungs” is already a top 10 song New York’s Hot 97

Rhyming for over a decade, Vado grew up listening to such local legends as Ma$e, Big L, Doug E. Fresh, Rob Base and Cam’ron, as well as outer borough artists like Jay-Z, Nas and DMX. After spending several years building his buzz in and around the Big Apple, Vado celebrated his 24^th birthday by auditioning in front of Cam’ron, one of his hip-hop idols.

“The vibe between me and Cam was crazy,” remembers Vado. “I’m from his ‘hood on 142^nd and Lenox, so once we started kickin’ it like Goodfellas and he started recording with me, it was history in the making.”

Cam’ron and Vado look to continue flooding the streets with new music. After the release of their first official album as a duo, Gunz N’ Butta, on August 31^st, 2010, Vado will release his first solo mixtape, Slime Flu, in the fall. Vado says of Gunz N’ Butta, “It’s our first album and I promise it’s so much of a classic. It’s like all the Boss of all Bosses tapes put together. We hit y’all from all angles—we hit y’all from the streets, for the ladies, for the club… It’s five stars, man.”
